This Clinic is nowhere better than typical bihar govt hospital.
No good staff and nurses.
All the hospital staff thinks that they are doctor.

I heard that Dr Manju Chaudhary is good knowledgeable and experienced doctor and has equipped staff. So basis on that I started my wife treatment in the month of April 2021.
But when I visited over there I saw no one is following COVID protocol infact the Dr was not wearing mask. On an average she consult 150 patient everyday and she charge 500/ to each, there were no hygiene , washroom were smelly , street vendor were selling their product.

On 4th November arround 2:30 in morning we had a medical emergency ( my wife's water broke) and we drew arround 30 km to visit this Shivam Nursing home . When we reached the person was not opening the gate as we haven't carried our physical copy of prescription , I requested him I had the details in my phone but he said I need the physical copy. I asked him to atleast take the patient inside the nursing home and I will get the papers. Still he was not letting her in , then some another dumb assistant come to the balcony I said it's emergency , he replied then take her to the government hospitals , I replied from the starting we are consulting here now I have to take her to govt hospital. Post many argument he let my wife in to the nursing home and at this time nurse will attend her, I agreed with him. I went back and brought the papers then they said we can't do anything right now when doctor will come at 10 am then the treatment will start. I asked it's a emergency atleast asked the nurse to attend her , the nurse was busy with her dream as she was not willing to come out of her bed and she said asked the patient to sleep ,arround 10 doctor will see her... How government allowed such pathetic kind of nursing home to operate.

Whosoever is reading this I would like to suggest instead of this Dr visit Dr Aloka Chaudhary as she consult her patient one by one unlike Manju Chaudhary she consult her patient in group of Patients.Manju Chaudhary doesn't have trained support staff and Dr Aloka Chaudhary has plenty of trained support staff.Most important Dr Aloka Chaudhary consult with her patient and family with smile and explain everything thing unlike Manju Chaudhary with a arrogant facial expression.Dr Manju Chaudhary is totally money minded and money controlled doctor as she asked for the clarification of money while she is consulting her group of patients.

Seriously pathetic Nursing home Shivam Nursing home.
