Very poor service, worst hospital for 80+ patients. Beds are too high a patient, up down is very tough. Called nurses and staffs hundreds of time, but no one ever comes. Patient will die but no one will come for aid.
Update: My grandma literally died yesterday due to their shear negligence and irresponsibility. Doctor couldnt even tell tge issue by looking at tge xray, whereas even pediatrist figured out that there is a lump in the lungs

The Best available multi-speciality hospital in town. Doctors are good, well equipped labs. Staffs are very cooperative and polite.

The only disappointment 😞 is cleanliness in public wash rooms and parking facility.

Not sure this hospital is good. Doctors reporting time 11 AM. Heavy medical bill prepared here. Nurse and medical staff behaved in good manner. Food satisfactory.

I would like to share my own experience with prasad hospital. First positive thing -good infrastructure however very poorly managed. Staff have no training , no motivation to improve the process. I can rate doctors 3 out if 5 but only available during day hours, typical time doctor starts at 11 am and leaves at 5 pm. OPD is over crowded. They have 4 elevators but only one works at a time. Hospital generating huge revenue as taking patients 2-3 times more than its facility can take. It is also quite expensive. Management should reinvest in staff training and upgrade the system and equipment.
Discharging patient is very difficult. They hold patient deliberately until evening . I started process of discharge at 11 am and finally got my mother released at 6 pm. She was kept without food during the period. Nursing and paramedics need training. No empathy whoever dealing with patient. I saw young boy having surgery crying in pain but attitude if staff was rude.
Functioning is more or less like government you have chase the file from one to another area. Very poor or zero coordination among facility departments. Billing and payment is very poorly managed. They have huge fleet of employee but useless. I feel bad that this facility have infrastructure and potential to become pride of muzaffarpur and bihar but letting it down by owners.
There are so many consultant company available in health sector can help in developing better process and training. I hope one day they will take initiative to improve. At the end of the day it is Dr Prasad decision to take initiative.

Each patient have at least 4-5 accompany which makes even situation worst.
