Be careful with the staffs there. They ask for lot of money after delivery. They don't see your pain and family status, they just need money. Don't give them a single penny. Hospital charges ranges from 50000 to 700000 for cesarean. So be careful. Staff behaviour is worst and obviously they are looting. You will never know when you are going to meet the doctor. No proper rules . Worst attitude towards patient. Be careful

Worst Place for any Pregnant woman to be.
Dr. Rajna Mishra almost killed my wife and child.
My wife was a case of lower lying placenta but still she accepted the case in 3 months pregnancy then left us stranded at 6 months, when wife had a massive bleeding. Didn't even treated as a human being. Literally threw us out to die.
One thing i noticed that day the doctor doesn't differentiate between patients , even if someone comes dying, she will not budge and ask the dying patient to wait until she finishes up with her existing appointment.

Luckily took my wife to Patna and found a good doctor. This doctor accepted the case and saved the life of my wife and child.

She is there to make her money, not for our treatment. She killed my first child. She is very rude and the support staff's behaviour is also not good.

My wife was pregnant, she said that every thing is normal and she prescribed injection daily which costs 450/- per day. After 2 days of injection only my wife started bleeding and within 4-5 days of her treatment only I lost my unborn child.

For her it's all about money and just another case but for us it's our baby's life, emotions and ovouisly hard earned money.

If you are looking for her delivery then she will treat you as if you her family member. So professionally perfect, examine so well and advices you for your best always.

Hospital is well cleaned and nurses are also cooperative.

All Thanks to Dr. Dipti Mam for wonderful suggestion , advice and treatment.

Worst behavior I have ever seen. I am not sure if this is trend in Bihar. When you visit doctor, treat you like they are doing some charity. I took my Co-Sister today. She is in her 32 weeks of pregnancy. First, when I took number to see doctor, I was given window of 4PM to 8PM. I wonder how system works in 4 hours window. When I reached there, I was told to wait. No one called in 2hours. I went again to ask on counter then he made file for patient. Then It took long time for them to call my co-sister inside to see doctor. She waited inside for around 40 minutes. in that 40 minutes, Dr . Ranjana Mishra looked at her for hardly 3 minutes ( which is fine, she might have experience to find how good or bad patient condition is). Then caretaker was called. I went inside, she did not even look her file properly. My co-sister used to visit doctors in Banglore. Since she would get more domestic help in Bihar ( which is her parents place ), we decided to move here for delivery. Dr. Ranjana Mishra completely blamed her experienced Banglore doctor for not giving her any medicine for diabetes. She did not even check report that has Glucose tolerance test. Not only that, she hardly talked for 2 minutes, and while we were talking her staff was saying, lets go out your time is done. like we are visiting some prisoner in jail and there is a 5 minute window. While waiting I saw someone had argument with staffs. Anyone can get upset with these types of services. I never had these types of experience in Banglore. I used to think why some people attach doctors in Bihar and I realized these behaviors of treating patients like doing some charity can make people angry. her 5 minute charge was 750 rs. This was first time I experienced anything like this as I don't leave in Muzaffarpur

Cleanliness is well maintained in the hospital. Doctors n staff both are very cooperative. One can contact with doctors at any time (24/7) in case of midnight emergency. Overall the best maternity hospital in muzaffarpur.
