Good Hospital.. But I have to wait a lot for my turn. Otherwise no problem at all. Doctor Behavior is also good. Testing facilities available like X-ray, ultrasound, blood test etc... ...... ..... ...... ...... ...... Parking facilities available for 2 wheeler but if you bought 4 wheeler you have to manage it if parking is not full. Corona Visrus precaution are taken very seriously like we have to wear a mask, sanitizer available for patients and attendance.

Pratiksha Hospitals is located in the VIP road, Borbari, Hengrabari. It is a private superspeciality hospital. It offers its services to people of Assam, mainly Guwahati. For new patients, the OPD registration fees is 200 rupees and 500 extra for consultation with any particular doctor. I consulted with Dr. Diganta Apurba Phukan who is an orthopedic surgeon. The hospital is adequately clean. In a single general ward, it has beds for 5 patients. It also has cabins for privacy and safe stay. The prices are a bit high on a per night basis, general ward bed is for approximately 3000 rupees and a cabin is for approximately 5000 rupees. The food given here is satisfactory. The wards are air conditioned.

Except few doctors otherwise the staff are very rude. Specially the one who use to attends the file of the patient. They made us wait for more than 2 hours despite our booking. We booked our appointment 1 week before at 1000 hrs but they kept letting other patients go.

From our personal experience of last so many years, would like to rate Pratiksha Hospital as one of the best Hospitals in Guwahati. The paediatric department definitely deserves a special mention. A recommended health service provider for all.

A very good hospital situated in VIP road. The staff are efficient and we'll mannered. The doctors are highly professional and make you feel comfortable. They also don't force you to do tests at specific clinics (unlike some others for comission). A highly recommended hospital.

The house keeping staff are not working properly, when we call them they come always late almost 1/2 an hour.I request you pl.see.My patient bed no. 409 semi cabin

Hospitable Hospital for the Rich & Well-to-do families. Almost everything are very expensive. it has almost all modern health care facilities and computerized devices. the staffs are gentle male and female health workers, mostly are tribal of Northeast India.

When I call to ask reception about baby appointment today morning,she told me to choose english, hindi Or assamese talking harsh rude madam I didn't call to u tell me choose language it's my choice you don't tell me that learn to be polite and on Tuesday evening blue dress nurs she hold so hardly baby wrist it turn blue that baby is 1 and half years she was crying cuz of pain.
and having fever cough but touching water with cold hand direct she put her hand baby body u tell me she will laugh or cry or laughing please improve your service doctor are best but the other department are need to improve
