Apollo Hospitals and Clinic (GHY)

Very Rude Behavior of the staff. Doctors are always not available or you will have to wait long hours for them. Even if u call them beforehand and ask them, they will tell you that they are available. Then they will always try to make u come again on the next possible day after reaching the clinic. And also no covid protocols were followed. Nobody was wearing masks.

No covid protocol being followed, no one wears masks, receptionist didn’t accept card payment for doctor visits although cards machine is working, mosquitos and flies everywhere, waited for doctor for more than 1hour even after taking appointment.

Sub par services at exorbitant rates. Never recommend Apollo.

Administration work is very poor.For discharge we need to wait for long time just like 5-8 hours.Need to be improved.

AVOID at all costs! Terrible customer service, no clue on how to manage patient schedules and typical lackadaisical attitude. There is no Covid protocol, only a few putting their masks on. The clinic looks makeshift and probably runs on the mothership name. We spent a lot of money to do health checkup but the arrangement is simple horrendous. They over promise on delivery and do a terrible job of maintaining schedules. Some of the nurses are helpful but cant share the same thoughts about the rest of the staff.

They dont have facilities to conduct a proper health checkup...takes appointment for hundreds of people when at max the facility can handle max 20 per morning. No covid protocol and very unprofessional. Aadhar seva kedra are more organized. Go there if you need health report just for employment, if you need for serious reasons avoid this place at all cost. Just a money minting site for Apollo.

Just standing on brand name.
Negligible customer service, and lack
of proper communication with patients.
I went there regarding a Dental issue,
and I was worse after the treatment was complete.
They will charge extra for most things and later
you will have to visit a different clinic anyway.
So avoid Apollo and visit another doctor.

Very poor behaviour from staff

I went to the Clinic for my kid's Medical examination. The staff especially Mr. Ravi Kumar was very helpful and submitted the Medical results report on time. I am very pleased at the service provided and in general the co-ordination at the clinic. I would highly recommend the clinic.
