I went with my friend as he met with an accident and his left knee as badly injured. His family was so tensed and could not find any way out But thanks to Swagat Hospital Orthopedics department for their tremendous service. Now my friend condition is much more better and he is recovering soon

Swagat Super Speciality Surgical Hospital - Maligaon, Guwahati, Assam

This hospital deserves a no stars(concept of stars doesn't apply here). These hospitals are there just to loot person's money, panic people with assumption without doing any diagnosis and not to treat patients.

They will perform unnecessary test and procedures without your knowledge and charge a huge amount for these things.

Best points about the hospital:
1. You will have a good cardiac exercise - No one know who is correct point of contact for anything. You need to run to each and every corner of the hospital to get information. And in spite of running like that you will end up more confused
2. Most of the Patients room are empty - As I have heard/seen personally any patient visiting that hospital is moved to ICU regardless of the condition the patient is in and is kept in the ICU till discharged. Just to increase the billing amount.
3. Good Behavior - There is none. From security guards to hospital staff will not talk properly, However once they come to know that you are getting discharged then there is a complete change of behavior. They will start talking rudely and doesn't listen to you at all unless scolded upon.

I was lucky I was able to get my patient discharged and admit him to an other hospital from where he was treated properly and recovered nicely.

I request anyone reading this not to go to this hospital at any cost.

I don't even think,my brother will be okay but when we came to this Hospital,they give us hope and tell us He will okay soon and that is how treatment going on. After 12days my brother is completely fine..
I recommend to others that this is one of very good hospital,do come here if you're facing any deases..

All the doctors as well as others were quite helpful. Got inspired by Dr. Subhash Khanna's modernity, professionalism and friendly nature.
Can't comment on the high expenses in the hospital as my bills were paid by the insurance company. It is feasible to make the medical insurance procedures faster for an early release.
The bumpy or the uneven ramp near the pharmacy leading to the car parking slot was uncomfortable for me as I was in a wheel chair after my surgery.

Nice hospital. My uncle is here about 5 days for a accidental surgery. The staff and the doctor are very friendly. They give very quick response for any kind of problems a patient have faced ..
