Guwahati Metro Hospital

Never visit in this Guwahati Metro Hospital for any kind of orthopedics or accidental treatment. Worst hospital I have ever seen in my whole life. Business is going on in the name of mankind. They are looting people. They don't have any systematic management, also lack of seat capacity. The behaviour of the staffs are also worst. The staffs don't have any knowledge how to treat with the patients. I have visited many hospitals in my whole life, but never seen this kind of worst hospital ever. Horrible experience I have faced. Hope this feedback will help many.

Very slow service. They delayed discharge at their end and made us stay for an extra night because of their fault. Had to come here because of the doctor but otherwise Nemcare is far more better than this hospital. If possible don't come here.

The worst hospital in Assam they are thieves... Our 9 year old child is suffering so much from 15 days in the hospital and they are demanding 3lakh ... And they are saying that you have to bring the money before 12pm otherwise we will again start making the bill...i just want to ask the owner what she gets after stealing money from the poor family....... Woe to this hospital and woe to this women..bunch of thieves

Gold blader stone I stay 5 days in hospital very good service. Staff are very honest. .Specially 3 floor Nurse staff very hard work and responsible . Only 2 nurse handle a shift. Thanks Binki and all his friend very good Service.

Excellent service..!! Had my c-section here under Dr Ira Biswas.. amazing facility.. also cabin are really nice and the nurse station is quite responsive .. in cabin there's calling option to nurse station and also canteen apart from the other common facilities!..
it was a short stay in this hospital but I'm gonna remember this place as an excellent service provider!

It is a newly built hospital near health City khanapara. Since it is newly constructed so as of now it is neat and clean. But it doesn't has all the facility and staffs are also not so freindly. Better to visit the health City where all the major facilities are available

Spent 2days at Guwahati Metro Hospital for my mom's neck surgery. Staffs were too good. They behave like we are family. Cleanliness and hygiene were their first priority.. I personally suggest everyone to visit this hospital for any surgery or health issue.. Thank u for the service..

Don't take ur patient to this hospital they will never send alive ur person bcoz of such greedy and careless whole hospital staff nurse and dctr I lost my father so i face this problem don't go to this hospital please
