Hospital is very quiet . And staff was present in counter. Cleaning is maintained well but I found mosquitoes in night.

It is not understandable how such type of hospital is running in the mid of the city. Government should take actions. I don't want to name any doctor, but they are not good at all. All are doing their own business. Some are visiting doctors who usually conduct operations of miscarriage cases in a room which doesn't have any roof. As one of the suffered patients described it as a slaughter house and they do their job under direct sunlight instead of any electric light; this means a lot. It is not at all to be rated with a single star even.

Very good hospital at low cost..and doctors and other staff also very cooperative.There is a very advanced Guinea centre on the first floor of the hospital..

Average hospital. Good for small surgeries at lower cost in comparison to other hospitals in Guwahati. One of oldest hospital in the city which we have seen from Childhood but not much changes in the hospital. It remained the same as it is. People prefer to come to this hospital esp for delivery cases from the nearby villages. There are a few lodges also available nearby in case you don't have any family members nearby the hospital. Cost is lower than other hospitals in Guwahati for delivery case. You should ask the proper reasons from the Doctors for C-section delivery as most of the doctors seems to encourage you to do that as it's easier and can earn a little more money I guess. I'm sharing this with my own experience and for relatives. They charged me more for even normal delivery as they got to know that I came from Delhi. So, you need to be a little clever and might require to burgain for the charges.

Dr Bhonita Deka nisina time r value nubuja , careless and misolia Dr aji loke puai nai ami. She just keep on delaying everytime we visit as per her convenience. First day we waited for 5 hours next day 3 hours third day 2.33 hours and counting

Very bad service. My paitent IVF failed 2 times and waste 4 years at Maa IVF. IVF success rate is only 5 percent. The doctor don't want to talk with paitent guardian. Don't waste your time here.
