Worst service... patient registration process is very slow...you have to wait hours in line for registration..12 counter isn't enough..same waiting system in every OPD sector..No systematic process.... administration should add more registration counter ...rush only..

As expected being a government hospital it has a lot of patients movement. Administration needs to see for ways to attend patients efficiently other than this the hospital also provides free medicines for almost all the treatments, Free insulin injections for diabetes too. Cleanliness has improved in recent years.

It's a vaaery crowdy place...

Doctors are good, but i felt there's a shortage of doctors...

Worst hospital ever in my life so today I asked where is the room number 12 for xray the staffs, doctors and medical students behaviour was so rude they didn't even wanted to tell us a single thing and one doctor said sorry I don't know anything about here and one doctor sent me to the dead body room saying it's xray room like they don't even deserve a single star and if this is a government hospital then why we need to pay for using the toilet? Worst hospital ever I will never visit this hospital again👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

The doctors don't give the respect to the patient. If you will ask to nurse where is the sample room.they don't response you

The worst experience ever of all the test while getting a blood test done. This security lady in the reception of sample collection has such good manners and ethics. Her mouth sharp as a knife while she thinks she's the boss of the department.
But she forgets that the hospital is made to serve people but they are officially our servants
Therefore I request the management to kindly train your staff because alot of people who visits are not educated and do not know alot of things.
Please take action towards this security lady of the sample collection department

The best govt hospital in northeast india, the most difficult cases from all the other medical Colleges and hospitals come here referred in the end and that's fact!
