The owner doc needs a little training in basic manners. Most patients wouldn't take calls while they are consulting with a doctor. And a doctor is supposed to behave the same way. Avoid calls and give total attention to your fee paying client. But the doc here thinks otherwise. In hardly 5 mins of consultation, this guy made 5 calls. WTH. That's not done boss. You ain't Modi. I am paying for your time and I expect you to deliver on that. Besides, he lacks the basic etiquette of explaining a patient his injury, the treatment procedure, the options and the rehabitilaton path. He's shop here in a remote part of the country is making money because of lack of better options here. But, that doesn't mean you forego on your basic moral, ethical and professional code of contact. I pray he gets well soon.
