Communication is good, service staff is OK, but official management system on an average

Went for cataract eye surgery. Doctors were well experienced. Hospital is clean with integrated food service. Surgery was quick and within 2 hours discharged the patient. Continuous follow up was there. Overall experience was good

Pathetic Hospital. Specially Paedetrician he will give you appointment of 11 O’ clock and himself will show up at 12. They need to understand that people don’t come here to party. Patient come here because they are suffering and they keep them waiting. Just pathetic. Never go to this hospital. Being in this profession they need to be considerate about these things specially while dealing with kids. If your kid is unwell never take them to this hospital because they will keep you waiting for hours and hours. Emotionless inconsiderate pathetic people.
