Hospital location is good. But my experience with this hospital is not so good. I am not talking about the whole hospital and staff. But my experience with one of the orthopedic is very bad. He don't even know how to behave a patient properly. All patients are already going through a mental troma, if a doctor would not land a hand of support whom would be. He should first learn to treat a patient. Otherwise stuffs are good. Hospital is clean.

Excel care hospital is one of the best hospital in india.I am thankful for best treatment, testing, good service, clean and smart of inside and outside of the whole surrounding. Thanks Appolo Excelcare teams.

Very bad experience... emergency patients don't get any response. management is totally failure. Behaviour of staff is very Rough. Reffer patient at the end time . and very slow process in emergency cases. It takes 3 hours to refer or release a patients (Behaviour of Person with mask is very Rough) Waste of money.. better to visit International Hospital.

A very good speciality hospital in Guwahati.
Doctors and other Services are good, however, the test fees are expensive in comparison to other hospitals.

We stayed in the hospital for 3nights and one day the area/location is a nice place, doctor’s/ nurses are all very friendly. the rooms are expensive and maintenance is zero, it’s so disgusting and very dirty and shady, lack of house keeping for a big hospital like this should improve in the interior and not only focus on the outside.

No management of billing or appointments. They give appointment and then cancel or reschedule without intimation. Poor is the word.

After a month we went for a scan my wife is feeding mother she was hungry we asked to expedite scan. They put her in for 30 min with no attendant.

Thereafter took 2 hours to give the result. Empty counters is usual to find.

A super speciality hospital at the outskirts of the society and boasts various departments of medical treatment.
It has a considerably impressive Nephrology and Haemotology and Orthopaedics along with Neurology and Internal Medicine as per my knowledge and experience.
The staff are helpful and polite and the location might be a bit off distance but it has wonderful facilities.

Treatment, cleanliness and facility are good but costly. Doctors behaviour and staff nurse behaviour are good. Some extra charge may irritate you like they don't include monitor charge with bed (Rs.800 per day) you have to pay separately.
