Bad experience at times hospital, The Nurses are full of attitude , They make faces when patient complain about Pain, And for the small reasons Doctor asked to admit in hospital, also take lots of money, I have shown my Patient to Doctor But no recovery at all , They take so lightly the patient condition. Now I have shown my Patient to another hospital and he is better now.

Clean washroom but problem is kids urinel Kumud is very high..No1, OPD waiting room is quite space.security guy's are very rude that Hugh man..overoll all good specially disks lady's miss Rumi...you are great well coordinated by patient's.. thanks 👍

Very pathetic. I have paid Rs. 800 for registration and doctor fee and wait for 2 hours for my turn then on my turn the doctor has took only less then a minute and asked me to do a cityscan. After receiving the report again Wait for 2 to 3 hours to show my report and still waiting....No care for patients only needs money

Only because of Dr. B. Bhuiyan, my father-in-law, Dr. Nani Gopal Dutta was admitted here. Rest everything is worst including the behavior and attitude of nursing staffs. I, myself being doctor by profession, got the worst treatment by the staffs of this hospital. If it happens with me then the condition of treatment to general public will be more worse because they are bound to get trapped in the worst hands. May God bless the patients of Times Hospital so that they can come out of the hospital safely.

Very good experience, had tonsillectomy done by him, been admitted there for 3 days, during those days good care and treatment was received.Any silly doubts you have will be cleared by him. Have to mention that nurses are very responsive and well mannered.

N.B.- Only problem is with the Pharmacy department. In-paitient counter should be solely for in-patient only, whereas chaos can be seen in that counter,many attendant stands in the que holding a slip with the medicines written on them waiting for long duration. Such attendants should be given first prefference because they have their patient out from the OT and they are in urgent need of medication. QUICK DISPENSING OF MEDICINE FOR IN-PATIENT must be focused by the management.

My whole family goes to Times. I have undergone surgeries in Times. But SADLY the people who sit in the reception/registration counter are very rude.
They behave as if they are running the hospital. The will treat us the customers/patients as beggars asking for some change.
Today 5th Jan, 2023 I went to take an appointment at 7.00 am . Staff started coming at 8.00 am. I asked for an appointment politely but the receptionist didn't reply only. I had wait for mins and asked again for an appointment.
This time she told me that I have to wait for sometime. I agreed. Even though she was giving away appointments to people who came later than me.

After waiting for 5 minutes I realised that she was making me wait intentionally.

This is totally insulting for me.

Please teach your receptionist some manners.

When I asked the name of rude receptionist name with other people in the reception, nobody was giving her name.

I guess they knew I was going to complain.

1st of all the hospital is in prime place. Everybody can easily find it. But it has some lack of facilities. Like it doesn't have parking area for patient's attendant car. Seating area is good. But in some place a.c. is not working or may be it is off by operator.

Doctors chamber are easily identified by the room number. There are some person (hospital staff) in hospital who take their known persons to doctors' chamber without any serial number.

Very happy with treatment and behaviour of Dr Manash Bora, Neurosurgeon. My father had Accident, he had brain injury. He was very serious. With treatment of Dr Manash Bora my father is now absolutely normal. He has some problem in seeing through left eye.
