Staff's behaviour's are good... and also the best eye hospital in Sivasagar district.

Very bad service , customer not satisfied, Sivasagar netralay employees very bad behaviour, plz changes your employees.

The staff's service is very rude... Don't know how to behave with the patients... Totally against them... But one thing I can say the doctors are very good and very much professional... Only doctors deserve 5 stars... But not the staff members specially the receptionist... Hope to never see such rude and arrogent behaviour with anyone anymore... The way the receptionist did to me today... Idk her name...but she's tooo arrogent.. too rude and ofcourse her behaviour doesn't suit her profession... Sorry but that's true... No offense
