Medical advice and services are really good. Quick responce and turn arond time is very low for any request. Good house keeping work in terms of maintaining cleanliness and especially no medicine smell accross the all floors.

Food: all tiffins were really good but meals is not upto the level of home food so people with illness struggle bit for eating. But we have near by restaurant.

I had regular health checkup today, way of communication with the doctors and checkup process went well. Had coffee conversations with the doctors very comfortable. Package follower Anjali had helped me a lot during the test process and consulting doctors, she guided well through the process and made it easy for whole body checkup package with friendly communication.

My dad was admitted with emergency and treated will in time.
After they have shifted to ICU and also treated my dad in time and provided all the medication correctly without any delay.
Coming to the room was good and hygienic and maids cleaned the room every day.
Doctors are visited daily twice and checked health condition of my dad and updated health condition and treated accordingly.
Before testing anything to my dad they have intimated and explained why they are doing it.
Overall experience is very good

I joined in this hospital on emergency. My consultant doctor is Dr. Jeevan Reddy. He took utmost care in my treatment. All the staff members are very cooperative even during late night. I feel very happy to come here for my treatment. I would recommend this hospital. If you have any illness consider this hospital first.

Nursing staff are patient friendly, attentive to patient needs. cleanliness is excellent. Doctor’s treatment and advise are good. We are fully satisfied with the services rendered to the patient.

Better than any Govt Hospital.

I am a Traveller, and got some issue with Vaccine certification.
They understood my COVID vaccine certificate issue (got Two doses but no Certificate appeared on my Aadhar) and they resolved it in few minutes !

This review is based on a single visit. I experienced the ER, ICU, diagnostics, pharmacy and canteen. Steps to minimise COVID risk like, testing each patient before entry into the building, masks, physical distance and transparent screens for interviews are followed. Visitor control at ER and ICU was good. The facilities are good. Attendants and visitors have adequate seating for waiting. Parking is adequate.

One drawback is the mosquito menace. The place around the hospital is a breeding ground. The fumigation is proving inadequate.

Dr Nagamony sir treatment is very very excellent. He is talking and respecting the patient is very well. Explain the diagnosis is very clearly , thank u so much to your great service his treating is a friendly nature . Good treatment thank u.😊😊👌👌
