There should be some option to give negative stars and definitely I would go with them.

I would like to tell about my experience in this hospital (so called as clinic) with a pulmonologist.
This is my personal perception, not necessary that everybody will feel the same in this place.
Somehow I felt, there is nothing is going in a good direction in this place.

I do not know whether he is a doctor or money earner ?
Although I have mentioned that my parents has Insurance and I need bills for each and every thing, but there are no bills for OP (500 + 500 Rs).
After seeing the old reports, he mentioned that we need to undergo some medical tests again (CRP,BP, D-Dimer, …),

Here the drama starts…
Immediately they called one lab technician to take the blood sample from a lab (already they had tie up) though there is city famous lab which is exactly opposite to this clinic, and they charged me 3100 rs for one person and at the time of
sampling itself I told him that I need bills for for the tests and he told me that will take 1 1/2 hrs to receive the reports.

After 2 hours of time, I have called up the hospital to check whether my reports were ready or not? She (so called receptionist) told me that the reports hasn’t come yet. So I waited 30 more minutes and visited the hospital directly and my reports were already placed on the desk.

Then I asked why did you inform me when you receive the reports, then she told me there were so many patients and I can’t call to everyone for the reports and my parents (70 years +) were waiting in the car for more than 2 ½ hrs and this was the answer she had given. Very impolite answer from her.

Later I went to Dr with the reports and he had seen the reports for 1-2 minutes (2 persons) and he didn’t say anything that they were good or bad and simply he wrote some prescription and I thought I can get the medicines from outside, surprisingly the doctor asked me to wait outside for 5 minutes and he took all the medicine from his racks and asked me to go to front desk and pay the money.

Either you are a Doctor or business man, it is my choice that I can get the medicine from any store or from any place. I thought let it be, I can get the bills and so that I can go for the re-imbursement of my parents claim. Here they played one more trick… There is no bill for the medicine and they have noted down the rates on a small paper and handed over to Dr for the daily collections on the medicine from each patient (customer will fit better than patient here).

When I ask for the bill, they said it is a clinic not the hospital and bills will not be provided, So are you giving medicine for free of cost or providing some discount on the medicine.
You are charging as per MRP and no bills on them.

Later I called the lab collection boy and enquired about the bills (After 3 hrs of sample) and he went to the lab and asked for the bills, here again there is a fraud.

Actual cost of the bills were 2600 (for person), but we have paid 3100 for a single person, so Doctor asked the lab sample guy to take 500 extra on the tests for his commission, so he can’t take a bill of 3100 from his office and I will not accept if the bill was 2600. So he didn’t come to hospital (so called as clinic) for more than an hour and I couldn’t wait more as it was already 2:45 PM and I have old parents so I left the hospital without collecting the bills.

As a final note, may be most of the doctors will behave the same, I request at least provide the bills and make some transparency on the process. See... we are paying money on the Insurance and we expect bills and so that we can claim to Insurance companies and if you don't provide bills how can we claim and it a double loss for us (Paying premiums + paying money from our own pocket).

Money minded people.

When we visited they said OP time limit is 20 days.
Usually, OP time limit is 2 to 3 weeks in any hospital.
OP time limit in this hospital is 10 days saying that due to corona they reduced time limit.
Be helpful a bit to the people.
