Pushpagiri Eye Hospital, Vizianagaram

During my visit to this Hospital, I have observed that the Doctors are well trained and working with service motto. Particularly Dr. Debanshu Bhattacharya is one of the patient friendly doctors, I have ever seen. The staff are also performing their duties well. Vigilance is good. Everything is nice.

Just yesterday we went to this hospital for cataract surgery of my mom. Actually we were paid customer. Paid 24k for surgery. Surgery was ok but i am giving only and only 1 stars for the behavior of complete staff working in this hospital. We have noticed the following things in the hospital.
- All are very disobedient staff especially ladies staff.
- They are very much forgotten humanity and they are all also forgetten that they are too a human and how to treat people especially poor people and village people and farmers.
- They are treating paid people little better but completely odd with people of Arogyasri scheme and etc may be those people are being free or discount in treatment.
- I have also noticed that, these staff are not properly trained or experienced staff.
There are so many more things but, i request the managing director òf this hospital to take my above points in a strictly manner and i expect some change on above issue. I just request you sir, that , every one coming to your hospital , firstly be given some respect and be treated as a human. Please take action immediately sir. With lots of hopes,

Wrost hospital I never seen these type of hospital no one will take care of the patients reception peoples are not giving proper information they are not giving respect for the patients and also talking too much rubbish

It's a foundation hospital, I went there 3 times with different patients.
Staff are very caring, very good response from reception, and they are prompt & supportive.
Its worthy for 5star.Love to suggest others

No one cares about patient. Worst hsp and staff not at all answer to the patient, all staff are roams over the floor no one work properly and too much waiting for patient and treatment is very bad..

Great experience! Everything goes on a process. The staff is always helpful. Cashless process is easy and quick with many insurance companies. I recommend this hospital highly.

KGH staff behaviour is 200 percent better than this hospital staff behaviour , there is no concept of respect and humanity in this hospital
