Patient receiving is not good. The receptionist response is so harsh. People don't even respond properly when try to book appointment over the call. But when you go to hospital simply they will say all slots are full, please book your appointment before you come to hospital.....

Worst hospitality and if u go with insurance also they will charge additional money and every process very slow. They kept more than half an hour outside delivery lady and baby after operation for room confirmation even though I have best insurance policy with me. One best thing is doctors treatment is good and cool. I feel unsatisfied overall.

Management is one of the worst, no prompt resolutions for the issues faced. People with Insurance are strictly advised not to consider this hospital for treatment as the guy who deals with it is Pathetic and Arrogant (Ramarao)

You will never get consulted on time...You have to wait for long hours and no respect for patients time..Very unprofessional attitude.Better to visit government hospitals in your local are helps to save time and money.

My sister got delivered baby boy on October 26th. 2021. Excellent hospital. Nice ambiance. Loved their service at peaks. I strongly recommend this hospital. Doctors & other staff also friendly & cooperative. The best hospital in the Srikakulam.
