What a hospital
I was suffering from fever and Common cold when i entered the emergency room the nurse persent there checked my BP, fever, and all those check ups. I discussed all the things what i was suffering, feeling then she asked me to wait outside till doctor will come. Then after 20 minutes doctor came and i discussed symptoms once again with doctor about my illness, she examine me and start writing something that i don't understand . Then after all this wastage of my time she the doctor start telling me that you should come tomorrow 10 am becoz its emergency Without giving further explanation and i told her if u don't have medicine write it down i will buy it outside she said i can't and asked the nurse to give me some tablets of PARACIP. I noticed that who so ever came there she was telling nurse give them some tablets of paracip.i further notice when i was waiting for the Doctor earlier that there was a black board on which proper timings of doctors hourly and it was 4 pm and according to that time table doctors should have been present there 24 hours. I also niticed that there were some patients in wards i was confused whether she reached this position fairly or ??? she can't even prescribe medecine for fever and itching throat. I was really disappointed i was thinking that why i wasted my remained energy by going to this hospital i should have chosen local chemist

Very bad service. Extremely rude people and whenever we call just disconnect before helping or hearing us out. They asked to send all the documents and after sending it and kept following up for almost a week they never bothered to respond and cared less. What sort of hospital does not help the sick. Saving and Healing sick people lives should be their first priority and not money as a hospital. If there was -1 rating also it would have been too much to give. Totally disappointed ☹️ I know this won't matter to the people there but need toshare this.

My sister has treat by this hospital without any fee and with 0.01 % medicine..
She was suffring from hart issue
I would like to suggest please don't wist every where. Because GOD Is there

This place is for people that dont have any money .If you are a western don't go and gamble with your health just go to a real hospital free stuff are never good . Had a bad experience here

Its been one year i got best treatment ever in my life . everything is magical there in hospital.sai ram visible and always with us.i m very lucky .i m alive because of Satya Sai ram and hospital puttaparthi ..sai ram .

We took my sisters kid on Saturday- 17/09/2022 for child pediatrics on afternoon with fever and low platelet count. Doctor was browsing his mobile and they won't even check condition of patients if they haven't get registered. And no staff were present to register patients in working time. Though we tried and went to doctor for immediate consultation and he asked for Aadhar first and replied "You are from Dharamavaram so you have to consult RDT hospital in Bathalapalli". I don't how irresponsible some doctors and staff in SSS general hospital and telling world that we are Baba service. Doctors duty is to treat if anyone comes to them with illness. They are not there to tdo timepass with mobiles.

Good doctors are experienced and with out any doubt u can visit hear for health issues before reaching bring aadhar card copy.
I visited gynecologist and dental doctors good experience and proper treatment. One thing u need patience for consultation hear

I am writting review with very disappointment if my Swami is there i would have get better treatment and management is not good .

No one will follow baba slogan here " love all - serve all " Worst behaviour of staff very rude and waiting time is also too high this can be accepted if they give proper response but at the end they will say " we are not going to do treatment pls go to some other hospital and get your treatment done "

Requesting to Management, please arrange all specialities better than private hospitals it will help your services for poor people and any diseases .

There should not be any negetive feedback on treatment and your services.
