Worst experience I have faced here.. poor hospitality from staff. No enough chairs to patients for sitting, even appointment fees also very high.Doctor is good & the way he is treating to patients.. but I think he doesn’t know the staff behaviour over to patients.. waiting time is too long

Their is no option of Zero Star or Black list option. Trust I have witnessed by myself their is no proper interaction and the staff make fun of other state patients for not knowing Telugu Language. The staff are so very busy in their mobiles, that they don't even bother the patient condition and respond very Lethargic. Just for Fever and headache the doctor advised to do CT scan, Blood test, Urine test. Like seriously!!!!!!!!! I don't get this hospital, are they making out money from the poor and middle class. Because rich once don't even look at this cheapest hospital. This Neuro hospital needs to treat their own staff first and then the patients who walk their. their are many things noticed which I found pathetic.

One of the best worse hospital. Waiting time is more than 3hrs. No proper respect on patients. Even if you take token and you have to wait becz recommendation first.

Worst hospital management and doctors. Doctor is very arrogant towards patient even by knowing their patient serious condition. Very commercial and irresponsible..
