I had very bad experience nurse are not good they have fun as if we had done wrong thing and now our life is in their hands and when I was in hospital they came with plumber in my room with very bad noise which very bad for my 2 days baby as if I will not pay bill they put be silent in hospital but they don't know how to be with patients. Menezes educate your nurse's how to behave with patients and give them big cloth to put patients we are not coming in your hospital to entertain your poor becari nurse's teach them some respect

It's the most careless hospital I hv ever seen , no proper maintenance . my 5 moths baby sis got a cut on her knee from a broken glass of of the injection just because of the carelessness of the nurses there . it was the worst experience of my life . I would request the management to teach their nurses some values and educate the nurses

It's around my third visit to Dr. Menezes Hospital..... This time it wasn't as things were during the initial first visit......
The bed that was alloted to us in Room No. 1 on the 1st floor..... Especially the bed that's assigned to the person accompanying the patient was just a bad experience overall.......
I could barely sleep or move...... The squeaky sounds that it was producing would disturb any Patient's sleep.....
Also the Window AC that's provided turns into a dumpster truck at middle of the night.... It provides coolness but then you'll wake up at the middle of the night with the amount of noise it was producing....
Also the neighborhood filled with Dogs.... Worst Sleep overall..... There's a security guard present there.... Probably least interested in his duty......
As far as the Hospital Staff service was decent fast and prompt..... Regular checks were done.... With a few doctors checking in..... Staff attitude was pretty much okay.... No issues faced.....
Only I felt was that during our second stay.... Things were rather pushed fast for us inorder to get the patient discharged as fast as possible.... I don't know if it's because the Hospital is running out of beds or something else......
Overall an okay experience but things could be better if we can sleep well.....
