Worst experience ever in this hospital, the staff nurses on the 2nd floor are useless and most of the time don't know their duties, my mother was admitted last year same experience and since last week since the time she has been shifted from ICU to 2nd floor the staff nurses don't even come and tell us what medicines need to be given every time we have to go and ask them. There was only one nurse Doella who was nice and affectionate and ICU staff also is well trained. Please improve your staff and keep professional nurses most of them are not interested or don't know what their job is.

Very bad experience. Compare to govt. Hospital their service is better than classic hospital as they took too much time.. and also laboratory labe nurse is unexperience.. as she injected three different places to took blood sample of my baby he is just 2 yrs old.. without Knowing correct place to remove blood......
Also they telling to remove footwear at ground floor . On that day my shoe ws stolen I hs to walk at home without my shoes very bad service.

For my son I prefer to visit Dr. Suhel, he is been kind enough and a very helpful doctor in case of emergencies if any.
As a mother there is always an element of worry when it comes to health issues of their child.
Doctor makes sure that he gives sufficient time and patience to the parents and their worries are taken care…

Dr suhel is very good Dr no doubt he has handled my daughter (Shyla) twice very well when she was admitted in 2020 during pandemic and recently too he was helped me related my daughter health issues. So for me he is genuinely good Dr.

Few of the hospital reception staff are not trained to handle inward/outward patients, even at the time of clearing/paying the bill!
i was miss directed and was treated very unprofessionally.
Because of these undertrained staffs, the ones working hard have to bear the brunt.

on a positive note the nurses were well trained & dedicated towards their job.

i hope things get corrected more so than complaining about it.

The hospital is collecting names for the booster dose and are sitting on it!

over a span of 2 months when i followed up first, they told me 10 patients are to be mandatorily entered for administering the dose, now they are telling me the dose is not yet arrived in stock!!
no call and update to the patients, how are we to decide?
we will get a dream that the stock is not arrived or arrived??

One of the best hospitals i ever experienced. I was with my 5yrs old nephew faisal pereira, who was sick refered by DR. NAGARSEKAR.
learning about patients late mother he refused to take any payments and provided treatment without any money, he also advised the staff on duty not to take any money from us. It was so kind of him . This hospital teuely is a nobel and treat you with the very dept from their heart. I met one of the lady junitor and she said RELAX EVERYTHING WILL BE OK so comforting words from her. God works miracles through doctors I humbly say thank you to Dr. Khetan Kot, senior doctor, all other doctors and nurses especially in NICU, my sincere thanks to sister Piedade, for taking good care of my baby, May God bless you all with abundant blessings, and overall management for their dedication.

I would highly recommend this hospital. Well trained staff, Excellent Doctors and best part is easily approachable administration which make formalities of insurance claims and other queries hassle-free for patients relatives who are already tensed due to illness.
