I am not satisfied from management because showroom timing is 9:30 AM but showroom doesn’t open till 9:45.
Why 15 min late because every person have important time.
Today I reached 9:30 for bike servicing
Inside showroom gate. And waiting...........waiting 😞😞

Extremely poor and irresponsible staff personnel. Once you purchase the vehicle the staff don't really care whether the paper work is done right. I purchased my vehicle in May 2021 but they keep delaying my RC although it is issued by RTO office long back.
I recommend not to visit such an irresponsible and unethical place where customer service is neglected in this way.

Bought Honda SP 125 a few days back and i would say that this is one of the best showroom in area. Behaviour of staff was good and they were polite, especially their sales manager Jatin. Facing minor issues in bike, hope they get resolve in first service.

The staff is friendly and quick service. Over-all satisfied with the delivery. Looking forward for good after sale service.
