Easy to reach, near to Famous Loktak lake, lovely host Ashok who cares you like family , everything related to camping or traveling is available , just ask it & get it. A nice setup by a passionate man. Don't forget to have Manipuri Organic Tea. I want to visit this place again.

I stayed here while my trip of Manipur. It was an amazing experience to stay with local Manipuri family and tasted local food. This homestay is nearby the most famous lake of Manipur- Loktak Lake. I wish, I visit here Again soon.

Accessible to all the tourists spots in and around Moirang and Loktak Lake . The hospitality of the host was amazing . The rate is too reasonable and love the foods provided.

So I didn’t stay here as they told me as a foreign to only stay at lake floating home. And this was my review on the aquarium floating homestay.
If you want peace and quiet, the. This is the best spot. Seen the Milky Way also was a great site to see. So therefore I rated it 3 stars and it was a comfortable stay just the host was not good at all. Communication is ok to reach the host but the host never stayed out on island and the workers didn’t speak much English. I had anticipated on fishing, going to boat tour and maybe actually being more inclined in the culture on the lake. Didn’t do nothing at all but just read. Internet works on lake so that was good. Another thing is I signed up for two days and they kicked me out after one day saying they are full. Ok never mentioned anything to me and wasn’t planning on moving at all, so I should also just give it one star for hospitality. It costs 1,000 and that only includes a hard mat and a delicious spicy dinner served at 8:30 pm which is very late I think. And for breakfast was nothing but one egg and two pieces of bread. Not a good value at all and to top it you have to pay for the boat man which is 50 each way and tuk tuk which is 150 each way. Was just very surprised none of these were included into the price. I did have lunch for both days which was like 100 each for noodles day one and day two had some old rice, old chicken, and some fruit. The place has a lot of potential and I just don’t know if I had gone at a bad time because the reviews is pretty good but my stay was not that great at all besides the peace and quiet.

Host 'Ashok' is a very nice person. And the Homestay is nearby most of the tourist places of Moirang district. Food is awesome. Reasonable price.
