Been staying two nights with the kind Romesh and his talented wife Ajeeka in their humble home stay in thanga manipur.. Romesh studied theology and speaks English very well (which goes even better with his knowledge of the tribes and the area's history) and Ajeeka his wife made us some of the best traditional manipuri and indian food we had for a long time, while keeping high level of hygiene and very considerate for my vegetarian preferences (and my husband non-veg as well ;)... We visited the lake with a small boat and really had a fantastic time! Romesh and Ajeeka all the best and may God bless you and your soon to be born child with happiness and prosperity!

Ajeeka is a warm, generous, and kind-hearted host. The location of her homestay is near a beautiful viewpoint of the floating islands. I'd highly recommend staying as Ajeeka will provide a comfortable bed, food, and positive energy. I hope visit again one day!
