Best thing is getting customisable food lunch/dinner.

I was on a solo bike riding trip when I found sitai home stay. It is run by a very nice family and they made me feel at home. Very safe place. The room was clean and well maintained. ideal for family and solo travelers.

This was our very pleasant stay. Rooms, bathroom is very neat and clean. For childrens there is a free space to play . Food quality also very tasty. All persons are including owner are very good in nature and friendly.

We had great stay at Sitai Homestay. We visited as a group of friends, they have AC/ Non AC both rooms and ample of good space for parking. Carry your Bat/ball kits, Badminton they have ample of space to play.

Most important their Food quality is excellent. Kaku owner of this homestay itself cook the all dishes in Malvani style. They used Malvani masala which make all dishes so authentic and tasty.

Their service/ hospitality also very nice and food dishes cost also very reasonable.
Beach also at walkable distance and all water sports are available their.
We would like to visit again and also would like to recommend as well.

Great hospitality by the Owners, got home cooked food. Delicious sea food delicacies and equally well cooked veg items at reasonable cost. Chivla beach is just 5 min drive, excellent guidance by the owner Mr. Sandesh to cover all major spots in three days trip. Property is yet to be completely developed, so there is immense scope to improvise on the facilities compared to one gets in the 2-3 star hotel, but owner is working towards it to maintain high quality and standards. High recommended, if sea facing expensive resorts are not available/possible and looking for a peaceful stay at economical price with nice Malvan family.
