Just amazingly awesome place! We took the main hut which had the advantage of having open space with bonfire next to you room. However the cottages to are great with added privacy. We really loved the stay and in true linger fashion did really nothing except just chilling out. We could actually use the Sky Map App to see at least 8 constellations in the sky. This place is amazing for you to just silently read books which I did. Don't forget to take your books with you although there is a small collection here as well!

The food is local, healthy and super yummy. Hosts are very kind. The place is among coffee trees and is abuzz with sounds of nature only. Stay is in super simple but cool spacious cottages made of natural materials. No TV, Patchy network, so great place to slow down.

The rooms are OK.. Would have given 4, but lots of niggling issues inside the rooms. Food is homely and spectacular. People are nice.

We had an excellent stay there the staff member were very helpful and I feel good and wanted to stay for more days there and the one thing I loved the most was playing cricket there with my friends.Overall it was an excellent stay

Had a wonderful short vacation. Great place to do 'nothing'.. just lay back and relax. You can take a stroll in the farm and the estate or go on a short walk to river Kaveri nearby. The small library is interesting too.. Food was nice, hospitality great. Special mention to Harish, the caretaker for the great time we had there.

Linger is a serene and picturesque city getaway, and perfect for a long weekend. Very few places can pull off a rustic feel, and Linger is one of them. The hosts are gracious and friendly, food is excellent and generous in portion and variety. I absolutely love that they have boardgames and books too! I do have a suggestion - installing a hand rail along the stone steps is advisable. It's risky for guests and hosts to walk down or up these steps, with luggage sometimes, especially when it rains. Overall, great place to stay and truly enjoy nature.
