Soudhamini Homestay

I went with my family and parents. The location of bungalow is very much reachable via road. Food was awesome and was the hospitality.
Owners were very helpful. The next day they packed lunch for us on request when we wanted to go to Hebbe falls. Enjoyed walking around their coffee plantation.

If someone would like to relax in nature doing nothing, taste delicious healthy cooked food, enjoy privacy piece this is go to place in Chikkamagaluru.
Super hospitality, cleanliness, helpful staff. We really enjoyed 100+acres of coffee estate safari in Jeep, night campfire, luxurious super hygienic villas.
Thanks to owners and start here for making amazing holidays for us.
Note: don't expect any activities like resorts.

It was a lovely stay at Soudhamini. The food is fantastic, homely, great flavours and always fresh. Local produce makes all the difference. The staff are courteous and hardworking locals. Our friendly chats with the owners of the home stay were very welcome :) The town is close by and the property has easy access.

Excellent owner managed Coffee estate and home stay, the estate is very clean and the owner and staff take very good care of the people. The food is amazing and every day the food was different. We did not want to leave after our stay there. Enough room for a large family with Kids and grandparents.

We were a group of 9 adults and 3 kids, had wonderful and relaxing stay. The property is well maintained. Kids had good time playing and cycling. Food is amazing, specially the coconut and pineapple pudding was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will visit again.

They made sure we get everything as per our convenient.

Food - it was an absolute treat! We were pure vegetarians.
Vasavi ma'am made sure we try special veg malnad dishes (mushroom 🍄 biryani and pineapple pudding was just yum 😋). They cook with only wood fire.

The host was fantabulous and special thanks and big shout out to the ladies ( Ganga, Asha and her sister) who was present always whenever we needed and very helpful.

Stay - This is hidden gem on the earth. So traditional and complete antique interiors. (I must mention about the red oxide as it complements and glorifies the stay) we can take a nice walk in the estate and I am just in love with place.

Well maintained, complete hygiene, extremely safe and clean, such a pleasant and calm place with only positive vibes 🙏

We highly recommend and must visit this place in chikkamangalur to just relax. We didnt even feel like stepping out when everything is so perfect around us.

Me and my husband was glad that we chose to stay here and this was our first trip after marriage so this wil always be special to us in this precious place.

We have planned to stay only in soudhamini homestay whenever we travel chikkamangalur it's truly because of the people, Hosts positive gesture and for the amazing and wonderful place.

Amazing property in lush estate. Very royal vibes. Great service and food. Hosts are courteous. Would highly recommend.

Food is epic. They literally ask you what you want, and make that. Home made wine is like icing on the cake!

This place is the perfect blend of the service and comfort of a premium hotel with the feel and hospitality of a homestay. The bungalow is right in the middle of a coffee plantation and the host is a seasoned lady, who has taste and knows how to maintain the place. It's spick and span, with fine touches all over. The coffee is authentic, and the vegetarian food is delicious. Had visited the place in 2011, had loved it. Visited again in 2021 and the experience was even better. Will not wait for 2031 for my third visit :) Highly recommended.
