Best homestay!! Be my guest kashmir!!!

I booked Riyazbhai's homestay along with complete package for Kashmir and i am happy to say that it was an excellent decision. The accomodation option he provided in Katra, Pahalgam and Srinagar were too good. The hotel in Pahalgam is at excellent location with breathtaking surrounding views. His homestay at Srinagar (BeMyGuest) is really nice place to stay. It home away from your home and located in super quiet residential area. The rooms and bathroom were super clean. There were some minor issues in bathroom but i am sure he would fix those soon. Icing on the cake was food prepared by his family. We being pure veg were bit skeptical about food but we were wrong. The food was awesome with great taste. He and his entire family really hosted us excellently. We had some good conversation with the family. The houseboat was also excellent and located in Nigeen lake which is really quiet place. I definitely recommend to stay in houseboat if you are looking for breathtaking views (both sunrise and sunset). I would definitely recommend booking your Kashmir tour package with him..

Being a female solo traveler, my choice to stay at Be My Guest homestay turned out to be a perfect decision. I felt like home ...away from home. Mr Riyaz and Mudasir alongwith his entire family took care of each and every requirement personally. Beautiful ambience, cozy room and delicious food...what else do you need on a vacation.!!! Memories to be cherished forever....

Lovely homestay in Srinagar. If you are in Srinagar, this is the best place to stay.

The whole family was wonderful. You really feel like you are living with and are a part of a Kashmiri family when you are staying there.

Three home cooked meals each day of traditional Kashmiri food. They will explain to you Kashmiri culture and traditions. There is a possibility of getting transportation to visit beautiful spots all around Srinagar.

As far as i know this homestay is best for your trip in kashmir at affordable prices. Food and services where very great. Closest tourist destination from here is hazratbal masjid. People here are very friendly too and can help us in planning our trip.

Best place to stay with family and friends. The owner him self stay in this house. It's a G+2 bungalow. View from the rooms were amazing. Owner is very friendly and the hospitality thry provided was awesome. Only concern is the approach road is too narrow. Else everything is good. They will help you with all the itenary in kashmir. Breakfast was complimentary.

Final thoughts: If you have a big family then this homestay is no brainer. Hotels are too costly.

Went there reading Google comments which were mainly positive.
I did not stay there but went there and saw the inside of the house.

The owner was in Delhi,
got him on the phone he asked me my nationality first ( so you see it coming!)
I asked for the price : one night 25 € (2000 rps) without meals and a hefty 45 € with meals ( 3600rps) (breakfast and dinner) 20€ for the meals is simply daylight robbery in India.
As a comparison , l ended up staying in another homestay, super cosy, super luxury, lovely talkative owners, 100 m from the lakes for 2000 rps with meals (check my other reviews)

Really not worth it for that kind of offer. place far out to reach and not in a very appealing area

Riyaz and mudassir were amazing host. Place was good. If you want a kashmiri vibe this is the place to be . They are a family of whom everyone is related to tourism. Do talk with their father. He has amazing trek experience . I would love to visit again go on trekking and staying with them

I visited here as a solo traveler from Pollachi, Tamilnadu. I can say this is the best place one can stay at Srinagar. Rooms and washrooms are very clean, huge and at affordable price. It is a kind of homely experience. Mr. Riyaz Bhai was a humble, polite person who has expert knowledge in guiding to visit all the tourist places. Total care and support is provided hence one can feel a very safe and secure stay.
