Best location for air passengers. Neat and clean AC room, value for money. drawing room, kitchen common with 2 room. Rooms is comfortable. You can have food from Rajasthani Bhojnalaya 2.5 km by parcel very reasonable one, that we did.

This place is within very close proximity to Airport. The property is very neat and clean. All the staffs are very polite, decent and we'll behaved. They are always ready to extend any kind of support to the guests. Wish to visit again here.

One of the best places to stay at . It's much more convenient than a hotel and it feels like home. Actually tourist places should have these kind of places but only if it's as good as Kanchan's Nest . Thank you for your service .

Amazing experience of staying over here. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Perfect location as its just meters away from airport. Neat and clean rooms and very homely feeling. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience at this property, the rooms were very small and smelly, very bad location need to climb a mountain to reach, I would suggest the lagoon shade they have better luxuries rooms than this, itne kanjus hei wifi bhi token se dete hei 500mb limit ka!!!! And don't order food from their property!

Rooms - Clean and tidy Food - Good and affordable. Location - Opposite to airport but difficult to access, as it has a deep inclined street to reach. Not advisable for Elders and with children. Timing: Exact 8am check out, they will call you exactly at 8am for check out not even bother to spare even 15-30 mins even all rooms where unoccupied. recommendations: Will not recommend to my friends & family.

Good budget place to stay. 5min walk from airport. only issue is there's a steep incline to reach the homestay. aged people without vehicles or people with too much luggage will find it difficult to reach the place. neat and well maintained room.

We took their terrace room which has great view, is airy and spacious. Very clean and well maintained property. Care taker Prashant is very polite and helpful. Just walkable distance from airport if you don't mind walking on a very short steep slope. They provide you autowalas and taxiwalas contacts too who would come to pick and drop if you don't want to walk the slope. A great and reasonable place to stay in Port Blair.
