Comfortable and affordable stay near Vasco da Gama railway station. The room was quite adequate for two occupants. Shalaka ma'am was quite accommodating and is also a good cook. On the downside, the owner was often unavailable on phone and we were told to use only messaging to contact him. Furthermore, when we used to return to the room from our sightseeing for the day, the room would often smell of smoke.

The only best thing is the view from the room.
Room is stinky, we just stayed for 6 hours because of our late flight. There is no proper door lock in the room.
I don't recommend it for families to stay. It's good options if you don't care service or location just want a stay with normal fair then you can go for it.

I can give negative rating, pathetic experience of my whole life. The owner is not available at the property, Shalaka is the manager who is rude, impolite and argue like anything.(she simply says mere ko aur bhi bahut kaam hai ). It was raining outside and the behaviour was that much bad that we decided to took dinner from vasco rather then the kitchen. The AC was not working properly. It automatically starts working and stopped. AC is of different company and remote is of voltas. We had flight at 5am in the morning and when we woke up water was not there. No one was there except us in the whole property. We called shalaka her phone was switched off.

Very cosy and beautiful place to stay near dabolim airport. There are not so many hotels near the airport, this place is in close proximity. The host couple are super kind and picked us up from the airport at late night. The property is extremely beautiful with a heritage vibe to it. Rooms are spacious and clean!
If you are flying to Dabolem Goa, highly recommend Pariera's Guesthouse!

The villa is amazing and the amenities are good too, the only problem we faced was with the repayment which was later solved by the management so I suggest y'all to record all the discussions you have with them especially with shalaka because she turned on us at the last moment and said a lot of unacceptable things apart from that she's peaceful with no complaints , Overall you can give it a try , but make sure you record everything they say.
