It was a a wonderful stay at an affordable price, it's near vagator beach and the staff are friendly and cooperative. It's more of a bachelor's place. The room was clean and the ac was also working great, clean sanitised bathrooms.
It's a great experience which is worth it.

The stay was wonderful very co-operative care taker. Worth each penny we spent on this peopery, stay was good especially the bathroom was clean and neat... Room was good and food was good. very close to vagator beach. Overall a good stay.

We checked into Kiara bnb for three nights and four days, and i must say- the rooms are very much upto the standards with a fully functioning A/C, fan, and charging points. The room was given to us after being cleaned, and we did not have any problem with the service. Washroom is clean as well and they provided towels upon our arrival. Overall our experience was very peaceful, and the manager, Kunal was very accommodating. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming. This space is located very close to good cafes, restaurants, and the beach. If you're looking for a peaceful, yet affordable experience to stay, this is a good option.

When we check in the room we booked is not available. They give us another room and the next day we get the room we booked. There was a frog in the bathroom and the shower was broken already the room boy was not admitting the shower was already broken and he asked us 1000 rs for a plastic shower head he made us buy new shower head .He locked our bags in a room and locked with out permission. He began threatening us with our id card and bags. All of this was for something we did not do. This ruined our whole day which we had planned for site seeing.

We reached at hotel around 11 pm and the guy refused for check in, we kept calling and he didn't answer. also he confirmed the booking in evening time and then tricked us, Payment was done online and he gave our room to someone else. We want our money back and there should be a strict action to be taken against such frauds.
AGODA is equally responsible for making such booking and taking advance payments. As i had shared the mail for this fraud with Agoda and they have not responded yet. which shows customers botheration matter to them is there least priority. only getting payment is there first priority.
Wanted to give one but didnt have the option. Have booked 2 rooms 1 week prior for 6 days for me, my middle aged mom and my very unwell grandma. As soon as we reached there, the manager was so rude, he first asked 300 bucks per day for 3 months old puppy WHICH WE HAD NO PROBLEM IN PAYING. And please note, we reached there from Bangalore after 13 hours of driving at 3 am in the night and the first thing that manager scolds me over call is I CALLED YOU 20 TIMES IN A DAY, HOW COULD YOU NOT ATTEND. To which i didnt respond because i was way too tired and exhausted. He then later came and told us to shift somewhere else even after seeing my grandma who requested him to not do this. WORST HOTEL IN GOA. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK EVER

On reaching the property after booking 2 weeks prior, Receptionist told us none of the rooms are available and after an hour asked us that only one room is available.

Kiara Hotel is a wonderful place to stay at. Any visitors coming to Goa can surely look forward to this place if they are looking for comfortable stay in good location. Amidst the faura and fauna of Vagator beach, this place makes a safe haven for tourists coming from all around the world.
