Amm...if you are going with your family and wants to afford a nice place with genuine price then this place is nice near to north beaches with kitchen in which you can cook and get yourself a homely feeling.☺

Great place to stay but too far from the main goa.near to the pernem station.

Nice and pleasant place to stay

It is excellent place to stay, place is clean and higenic. It was happy environment and peaceful stay, people are co-operative and full of ethics. Cool environment from busy traffic. Nice place as it has many beaches nearby. Also for cashew nuts. And mangoes of good quality.

The best part about Shivam Homestay is that it's located away from the busy beach life of typical goa. Located around a village it is really spacious with 2.5 BHK space. Kitchen can be used to cook home food. The staffs are really helpful even late at night. One star less as the location has bad network connectivity!

Place was very dirty and because of this we have to leave it. Ant, lizard, bed bugs was all over the place.
There were 2 toilets but we were not able to use one because of the insect. Bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket was very dirty. This was so upsetting and somehow ruined our trip.
