Such a beautiful place to stay. It's location in divar Island makes it even more beautiful. The view from balcony is wonderful specially sunsets and sunrise. The entire property is well maintained and kept very clean with spacious kitchen and a place to safely park your vehicle . Neves, the owner has been very kind to us , giving so many advises and being there when we needed. Certainly a place to come with family or friends to enjoy and refresh your minds !

Pleasant stay
It was really a great experience. Though it took some time to reach the property but the location was awesome and surrounding was very beautiful as it was located beside the paddy fields. The rooms were very clean and relaxing. The caretaker was very responsive. The only thing I would suggest them to increase the varieties of the food. I must recommend this to others and finally it a wonderful experience

It is a idyllic and serene place. A perfect gateway, Just relax at the house taking in the spectacular views from the deck and even from your rooms. We had a delightful stay and credit goes to owner, who was simply a wonderful host, cheerful and obliging. Simple yet delicious food, beautiful house and awesome location, what else is needed for a perfect vacation. It's one of the best places we have ever visited.

IF luxury has another name then this place is the one. From the entry to the exit you will just feel awesome with amenities and service.
Known for their hospitality it’s recommended not just read my review but visit the place and experience it.
Food wise it’s extraordinary for vegetarians like me but for meat eaters it’s a feast.
Remember this is a five star property so leave logic on the food price and just enjoy the stay

Our stay there was very good and pleasant. The owner was polie and the caretaker, Mr. Neves was cooperative and helpful.
The ambience was pleasant and aesthetic. We received a very warm hospitality while staying there.
We reached there early even before our check in time and since the room was available they gave it early in a neat and tidy state.It was our first home stay experience and we enjoyed till last minute.

Great stay. Pleasant and clean comfy rooms with nice ambience. All the staff people are very helpful and generous. Food was extremely delicious. Location is easily accessible. And the main thing I want to come back to this place again because the moment I came here I felt the peaceness I would definitely call it as a stress buster Must recommend to everyone for stay in Goa

This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Neves. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience and peace

We lucky travelers (USA and Germany) happened across Moradia Dos Quadros, and feel so so lucky that we wandered in to such a lovely place.
Spent 4 nights with Neves (Owner, builder and architect) and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with my experience.
The property was spectacular, the rooms clean and well designed, the systems Neves has put in place are easy to follow; don’t really have a complaint to give, which is exactly what I told Neves when he asked what he could improve.
This is a place that is an experience, and if you’re looking for a cheap one night stay, don’t stay here, but if you’re looking for a lovely place to rest your head, and relax in a home rather than a hotel, this place is perfect :)
Neves does a good job making this place special, and asks that guests respect the peace he has worked hard to foster. Very happy customers from the USA and Germany here!
