Staff sent by Indimac Vadodara was good & professional but Indimac didn't stand to its promise.
One day when nanny was absent there was no replacement sent and also no intimation of absence was given to us.

To be noted, amount is nonrefundable.

BEWARE: Indimac Company caretaker steal money from house... Misbehave with patients... Money minded people.. No humanity... They show no concern for the patient.. Only thing they care about is money... They send caretaker.. They steal valuable items from house and run away.. And company does no action.. Even no compensation.... They don't understand the relationship... I have been taking service from 6 months and i regret to take services from this FRAUD company... They ask for advance money... Always.. But they don't take guarantee for the patient and caretaker steal money

I think they are in wrong business of healthcare as they don't have compassion.. PLease don't take any service... You will suffer and loose a lot of money for sake of taking care...
We have done FIR against the company.. As they dont pick up the phone ... They keep reminding for money as we have been taking services for last 6 mnth and they ask for bloody 2 thousand rupess is pending... We paid 25 thousand per month and they cannot wait for 1 day.. No compassion.. Humanity... It's better to take care of patient at home without any headache from caretaker of this 420 company
