Another tomb is located in the Katghara itself, which is called the Tomb of Suleiman Khan. Suleman Khan's tomb has been properly preserved. Kalich Khan was posted as a fort in the Surat Fort during the time of Akbar, who was later sent to Jaunpur during the time of Shah Jahan. Jaunpur also had a mint of coins during the Mughal period, due to which the city of Jaunpur was very important. Many conservation works were also done here during the Mughal period. One of those works was to get the Akbari bridge constructed here. After Kalich Khan's arrival at Jaunpur, he got this tomb built.
This tomb was painted white and artifacts were made of blue and yellow stones. Some information about this tomb is also obtained from an inscription found above this tomb. It was built like the tomb of Humayun of Delhi, which is situated on a big platform. Several small cells were built at the bottom of the platform. Due to being situated on Gomti's katan, a part of this tomb has been destroyed in the present period. Due to the name of Kalich Khan, a place called Kalichabad is also present here. Some other tombs are also located near this tomb.
