Historical place and the maintenance of the place is very good. Entrance fee is Rs 10 for each person and boat fare is Rs 50 for to and fro journey. 40 minutes of time is given to each boat group. Nice place to visit and view around the palace is picturesque. No additional camera charge are there. Some description board are required to be repaired and to written again as the writing get illegible in some parts. No system of guide is there. One can easily explore and enjoy the place.

One of the most beautiful palace I have seen
Very neat and clean maintained well. You have to wait for the people to hire a boat atleast 20 people. They charge 50 rs per person. It takes 5minutes to reach the palace. There's food shop inside the palace so you can eat the snacks. Nice place to see the royal king's grandeur.

Have to reach it via ferry, which takes approximately ten minutes and costs forty rupees per person. The Mahal is on an island.Upon purchasing a ticket which costs around fifty rupees you are allowed to enter. The architecture is beautiful and allows for amazing cross ventilation. However the ferry boat allows you only forty minutes on the island, beyond which there's a fine of 150rs per person . According to the locals music performances are held around winter.

If someone (king) can build amazing place like Neermahal for just spending leisure time here, you can imagine how beautiful place it can be. Must visit place in Tripura. Lots of amazing things to find . Boat diving is the only way to reach here. Sunset from here is must to watch.

A serene and ecstatic place to visit when in Tripura. Neermahal is one of its kind with beautiful architectural design, incredible scenic views and amazing vibes.
A diesel ferry with reasonable prices takes you to the beautiful island on which the Mahal is built and vice versa. There are 2 outlets inside the Mahal which offer you few eatables and local artifacts. There are also public washrooms for the visitors which were clean and comfortable. Overall, the place has been maintained well and definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Situated in the middle of Lake Rudrasagar, Neermahal is one of the largest Lake Palace of India. It is around 55kms from the capital city Agartala.
Built in 1930, this was the Summer Palace for the King and his family
The palace is a treat to the eyes of visitors. It has got 24 rooms, a spacious terrace which can be accessed though spiral starcases, beautiful lawn and an amazing garden. The view of the lake from the terrace is breathtaking.
The picturesque Palace is a heaven for photo enthusiasts.
One can reach there by ferry/boat which charges Rs 50 per person and there is an entry fee of Rs 30 for the palace.
Helpful tips
1. Palace opens at 9:30. Early visit is recommended to avoid crowds
2. Avoid public holidays and weekends.
