Now This palace is in very bad condition for its mis maintenance.

It's Borasambar Palace not Borasambar King Palace .Palace means itself the house where the King and his family stays.So, please do correction in the name of this location.

Apart from all the reviews about Borasambar Palace what I’d like to clear some misconceptions about this Palace is that, this is neither a museum nor a tourist place open to public so please don’t get disappointed if you’re denied entry. This Palace is a private property and only open to public only during Durga Puja (Ashwin month). And that is the reason its always locked from inside to avoid trespassing. Hope this helps.

Visited this Palace. Found the main entrance to be locked from inside. There was no signboard or any notice.
Checked with some people around the palace but no one had any clue about it

Located close to the Sohela-Padmapur highway, the palace looks into the historical times of Padmapur Royal family.

The palace should be restored as part of the Odisha or Utkal History.

Raj Borasambar king palace is very old.
Govt. Should try to develop for tourists attraction.
