One of the beautiful historical place of Bishnupur. It is opposite to mrinmoyee temple & just next to jor banglow. An awesome piece of terracotta architecture. The environment is eye soothing, clean & calm. It is a temple of Lord Krishna and Radha. The view of lalji temple from here is just mind blowing & this temple also looks awesome from the mrinmoyee temple.

(Visited in February 2022) - One of the rare temples of Bishnupur that possesses deities viz murtis / thakurs - the exterior is damaged but has Dasavathar motif & like all other temples, a wonderful garden surrounds the monument.

The entrance of this temple is really of unique type.
Just after the gate , you'll find a 'Nahbat Khana' which will surely mesmerize you.
The temple is beautiful as usual.
It's quite sure that you'll be stucked at the stone carvings that are made on the walls of the temple.
It's basically a temple dedicated to Radha and Krishna. You'll find the 'Vigraha' there.
The way the "Tulsi Mancha" and "Vog Kaksha" was Constructed, will surely leave you amazed.

Radhashyam means Mata Radha and Prabhu Krishna.
The designs and architecture of this temple is awesome. You can't take your eyes off from seeing the arts ( Teracotta) of this temple.
Each and every wall is encrypted with enormous amounts of knowledge required to make successful design. Follow closely and see each figure painted on the walls is so accurate. Sadly colour of this temple is fading. So proper focus is required to maintain the true essence of this temple.
Baluchari Saree is largely inspired from this temple.
Laterite soil and bricks had been used to build this temple. This temple is built by Malla king approx 400 years ago. In Bishnupur many temples are standing without deities because of the order of Archeological department but this temple has deity and priest does puja here.
Direction: 1.2km from the busstand. Take toto from the busstand to reach here.
