Agastyamuni's Temple

The only Hindu temple dedicated for Sri Agastya maharshi (Muni). Very peaceful. It is on the way between Rudraprayag and Guptkashi. Very little trekking (about 50 meters) required to reach the temple. Vehicle cannot go up to the temple. Can be parked on road side.

It's a Temple of bhagean Augastya ,a great rishi and tapasvi,who shifted south later,very nice place.

Ancient Temple, beautiful place. i think one has to climb many stairs up to get there.

It is a beautiful and auspicious experience. Unexpectedly visited this temple while going to Kedarnath. This temple situated near by main road in the small village. I had great Dharshana and did mediation for a while and chanted holy names.

Superb, Omnamashivaya, we generally don't get Sapatharishi Darshan's , here Sage Agastyamuni lived for many years, here, he have setup a Shiva linga and Kund , Mata Parvati, Ganesha all are there , in the banks of river Mandakini at 1000 ft height above MSL

Artistic Soul's connection with Temple is very close as we are only 1 hours away from Temple. Our guests often go out on Saturdays or Sundays after working from Monday to Friday & partly volunteer (2 Hours) for underprivileged kids Out of which we bring many people to Temple and everyone feels lucky to come to this holy temple.
