I have added this temple to the map as it wasn't being shown here from years so far.

I think, I can describe the temple better.

It is the temple of my first friend ever..'Bhanu' (a macaque).

My parents say that my friendship with Bhanu dates years back when I was an infant..a baby in lap.

Bhanu was an ordinary monkey, but the head of his family. He was not old. He was young and had all the qualities of a monkey.
He was seen a bonny, frisky and playful macaque always.

Once, when in my childhood, my mother was looking me after, she left me in my cradle placed in the open hall of my house and went out for a while.

A strange macaque comes into the hall and grabs me off the cradle.

It was some minutes after when my mother comes in and sees all the strange sight inside!

She saw that He was taking me in his lap and nursing me by feeding milk from the bottle.

He had poured all the collyrium He found and poured it all over my face eyes nose cheeks everywhere.

On seeing all these, my mother couldn't hold herself and she screamed to her fullest!

Many of my other family members rushed towards the hall and all of them saw me in His lap.

Minutes after it gathered a group of other men & women at my house from the neighbor and passers by.

They tried lots to provoke Bhanu that he put me aside and run off but all their efforts went for no avail. They shouted on Him..tried to show Him aggression with sticks in hands but they all took steps back when He threw His ultimate growl on them in anger!

Now it was a huge crowd at house.

Everyone was looking at me and my strange caretaker eagerly..worriedly. But couldn't do anything.

Finally..My father advised all to leave the site and go to their works for sometime.

The idea actually worked!

When Bhanu found none around us, he lied me on the ground and went out to the top of the neem tree in my house and disappeared. All my family took sighs of relaxation and thanked the Almighty.

But it wasn't the end!

The very next day, the playful monkey came to my roof again, snatched me off from my granny and started nursing me in His own way.

People gathered on their rooftops to see me how I was being looked after! They found joy in it.

This time, nobody tried to threat the monkey to run off..rather they settled silent and watched all the matinee show without any ticket!

Monkey again lied me on the roof and went off when His duties to me were completed.

From those days..Bhanu regularly came to me until I grew some old by the time.

My parents told me that He had visited me about 10-12 times. But He never tried harming me ever. Rather He was too loving and caring to me all the times.

I used to fly kites on roofs when I was grown..but Bhanu never harmed me even if He found His way via my house.

He used to take rest on my roof and go off to His native generally.

We both were used to eachother.

After years, I guess I was about 15 or 16, when Bhanu went disappeared forever and never came to me again.

They say that later He had died of being old of His age.

I had lost my friend. (Tears rolling down my cheeks)

The Bhanu Temple is located on the same place where His body was burried to the earth..representing the Samadhi of my friend Bhanu. My caretaker my guardian.

Dear I miss you.

I dream about you.

Why you left me your child alone Bhanu?
I still need your care..forever..

I need your blessings..

A feeling that you are around..my friend..

I always pray for you.

Rest in the heart of Shree Ram, my friend..

I love you..

will never forget you..

Promise.

Jai Shree Ram.
