A place where chakra of lord Vishnu fell. There are seven water openings very deep inside this pond. Water permanently keeps flowing from this place. Excess water is drained towards Gomati river. People from all walks of life visit this place for a holy bath.

Spirituality can be felt by anyone who come Shri Naimisharanya Tirth. Tapobhumi of 88000 Shaunakadi Rishis, Tapobhumi of Our fourfather Manu-Satrupa, a place where A great Yagna Organized by 88000 Rishis for 1000 years in presence of Maharshi Soot Ji. All Puranas had stated here by Maharshi Soot Ji for welfare of human kind. All puranas shows their gratitude towards Naimisharanya. Very religious and ancient holy place. It has lots of other temples as well like vyas gaddi of rishi Vyas that has mesmerizing campus. Chakra in Naimish temple has water coming from infinite Well. Rudra temple near by have gomti river side where shivling inside water accept bel patra if droped in specific place other wise float back and some of the fruits dropped on shiv ling accepted and some float back as a Prashad.

If you want to take a dip in water and forgot to take extra clothes with you, then don't worry, essentials like towel and undergarments can be purchased from shop outside complex at reasonable price.
