The premise is beautiful and serene. I loved the temple and it's surroundings. The people are amazing and extremely helpful. They also provide assistance to needy travelers and help arrange an accomodation if available at reasonable rates. Overall had a pleasant experience there!

The environment there is very good. It's 4am and you wake up to Kirtan and Aarti. Very peaceful place to live. The rooms are clean.

A temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath, Balbhadra and Subhadra, the marvellous temple was built by Maharaja of Tripura in the 19th century. The temple was one of the most beautiful and peaceful ones I’ve seen. Visiting the temple in the evening was an added advantage as the golden, warm rays of sun on the temple architecture makes it look like one is viewing a rich structure made of gold. The idols look lively and are amazingly and beautifully dressed. The architectural style of the main entrance gate and the temple is awesome. Different stages of Lord Krishna’s life have been displayed in the form of idols. There is a small lake inside the temple which is full of fishes. Visitors feed them with puffed rice and enjoy the view. It is also worth mentioning here that the temple provides rooms and Prasad also for the visitors at a very affordable price. In a big hall inside, a katha was being narrated by a group of saints. It is said that annual Rath Yatra is a famous event where thousands of devotees take part and perform the rituals. In this age of stress and loneliness this is the place where one can find peace and tranquility. Must visit place in Tripura.

Lodging facility is good but fooding facility is not good in compare with other hotels according to price available in Agartala. Jagannath Mandir admin take RS.100/- for midday meal & dinner RS.60/-(as on December 2022) . But in other hotels you get same menu of midday meal of Jagannath Madir in @Rs.60/- only. After all this is a temple of Prabhu Jagannath so everyone visit here to pray Jagannath & take Prasad as mental & spiritual satisfaction. JAY JAGANNATH 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Lord जगन्नाथ बारी is a renowned temple and extremely famous among the devotees in pan India. The temple premise is massive. Kirtan starts as early as 5 am.

Then there is also provision for affordable lodging for all kinds of people. Rooms are quite average. The beds are in a extremely poor state with no concept of cushioning. Besides, the food is just about fine.
