This is the one of the ancient temples located on hill near dharmabad village this hill is the seperated from ramagirikhilla hill ranges. Lord shiva is presents in cave. There is a small water fall from top of the hill during monsoons. There is presence of steps to climb hill. On shivrathri day it becomes pilgrimage place. This temple situated on hill in forest which exceeds 3 kms from peddapalli and about 8 kms from peddapalli district head quarters.
