Ketaki Sangameshwara Swamy Devasthanam

Shiva Temple. 16 kilometres from Zaheerabad. Nice road except few sharp curves. Indian oil petrol station is there near by Temple. Opens from morning 6am to 8pm. Temple won't close in between. Have to go with our own food arrangements. Few hotels near by Temple but not hygiene. No problem for transportation. Nice place for short trip.

Historic temple. It is called dakshina kashi. As it resembles kashi. There is a water body (Gundam) . We can take a holy dip. The temple is maintained clean and neat. Every one there found to be helpful. There is no fixed parking lot or structure. They stopped abhishekam on Sundays and Mondays. So plan accordingly It's a must visit historic place.

One of the oldest shiva Tempal in Jharasangam, every year on shivaratri there will be jatre and agni kunda, rathotsava, water gundam....

One of the oldest shaivaite temple in Jharasangam near Zaheerabad, called as "Dakshina Kasi" & Lingam was installed by Bramha. Had a divine & Spiritual experience here. Once we enter into the Temple, priests put us a pure Sandal Shiva Namam on forehead of every devotees. Felt very calm and serene. Neatly maintained Temple 🛕. Darshan was very nice
To reach Temple from Zaheerabad, Road was bit confusing and very narrow & No proper sign boards were found on the road for those who travel 1st time. Lot of confusion happened to reach the Temple. Local Authorities & Temple Management should consider this and place Sign Roads for devotees to reach Temple.

It is religious place. We go there every year,as it is our kuldaivat. But now we go there by 2-3 years. There is sangam of two rivers. This place known by zhara sangam, ketaki sangameshwar or zaheera sangam. Though it is much popular but there is not much developement.

A very historic and spritual temple of Lord Shiva. It has a magical pond behind the temple and it is believed that your sins will be vanished of you bath here. The temple is crowded on weekends.

Ketaki Sangameshwar temple is an ancient shrine dedicated to lord Sangameshwara. It is also the family deity of my in-laws, the Kadadi family of Solapur.
There is a lot of development taking place by the management of the holy place.
