Shivaalayam

Small temple on top of stone hill. Great lake view. Good to visit in evening.

This is a historical ancient shiva temple located inside Warangal fort. Temple is small and almost covered with colors, so it looks like a normal one. But when you enter inside you can see the old rock pillars.

Walkable distance fm fort, on hill top, a beautiful temple n one monument nearby, place to hangout. View around is amazing.

Initially I thought it as a normal temple but when inside it is beautiful. Lots of Nandi statue and Mahadev statue, Mahadev statue in multiarmed form. Out side of temple there is Lingam with four faces of Shiva ehich I read on wiki us original Lingam in fort temple which was distroyed by Muhammad bin tuglaq. Please visit this temple if you visit fort warangal.
