Very pieceful place for worship. So many trees like Vanni, Vilvam, Nochi, Nagalingam, Kontrai, Magila maram are there and the breeze under these trees brings peculiar fragrance.

i visited temple in shivratri temple is awesome...once you entered in temple feeling like diffrent...temple inside atmosphere and spritual atmosphere is awesome feeling inside happiness...

Time of Chola build this temple. In Villupuram city this is the Main siva temple.. when i was a studet.. me and my friends stuied on these steps only. Nice place
