Exquisitely beautiful. Amazing architectural replica of the Puri temple. It's a wonderful place that just fills your heart with devotion the moment you set foot inside. The pandits are very genuine and caring. A must have experience!

Sri Jagannath Shrine, Akkarai, ECR

When you enter the temple you have to wash your legs inthe left side in the tap.watee. near to that is small tank.with.pond with lilies on it. Then we go to ganapathy. It is surrounded by a lawn & a mini garden. It's a miniature version of Puri Jagannath temple. It has good ambience. Small tank with pond. Ganapathy, maa Lakshmi, maa Vimala, Kasi vishwanath & Jagannath. Gives you a wonder ful ambience. Opposite road leads to a beach. The interior roof of the temple has an appealing paintings. This is a less crowded place. There is a beach just opposite to the temple. Just 150 meters away from this place. Really it's nice place to visit in the evenings. Lies close to MGM.

The temple is very nice and peaceful. It's an open temple which means it's a group of small temples which are spread across an area. It's very nice in the evening with cool breeze. The temple is maintained very well with lot of greenery around.

Very beautiful place. Can spend 1 hr peacefully. Feels like a park more than a temple. Very neatly maintained. Temple has filtered water facility. And washroom facility. Kids can play well. Lots of plants and neatly maintained.

A very serene, peaceful and soothing experience. A must visit temple for those who like to spend time away from the noise and crowd. I would recommend spending an hour of your late afternoon here. And then take a walk down to the beach.

Very peaceful temple. No crowd at all. Had a very peaceful darshan. The poojari is very dedicated and helpful. The place is very well maintained.
The approach road is not very good . The turn near the fish market is not very clear and no sign boards. Don't follow Google maps and mistakenly take the turn before the fish market when on the way from Chennai, there is no way for a 4 wheeler. Ask for the fish market and take a left there. Then you will see a direction for the temple.

Astonished temple on seeing its Gopuram. Left side hold the Ganesha with the white Gopuram and kasi vishwanathar.
Balaraman - Subathirai - Krishnar all three in the same place surrounded by narashimhar, Varaghi,Trivikrama.
Atlast with the navagraha’s.
Best peaceful place. Must visit

This is such a beautiful and calm place. This temple is located little inside from the main road, just little away from Mayajjal multiplex. It isn't that hard to find from main road as there is a board directing to the temple. To review about the temple, it is much neat and clean with calm environment. It's difficult to find one such in the city. Just opposite to the temple, there is a road connecting to the beach. Though it is isolated, we heard that it is safe and people rarely comes. Thus this beach is really a romantic place for the couples to spend some quality time.
