Lord Murugan shrine was peaceful and beautiful view. Just that we need to walk towards up from Sommappa swamigal…. Can meditate peacefully since since there are less visitors.

Serene atmosphere, very calm. People can donate for a day's meal, as they offer lunch(annadhanam) for everyone on all days.

Amazing temple , if you want a divine and peaceful dharshan I recommend pls visit this siddhar temple at madurai, ppl fondly call him as ayya , you can climb up and see somappa Swami , on the way pls don't forget to see mayandi Swamy's house , velammal samathi, Hanuman Temple , Neelakandan temple.

Must visit place to get the blessings of guru mayandi swamy and sommapa swamy, irulapa swamy, moottai swamy, velamal swamy, 5jeeva samadhis present in that place and the small hill is believed to be sri Guru kagabujandar hill.. Best place to gain more divine energy in a single place
