Shri Ayyappan Temple

Very good Hindu temple on the Namakkal- Mohanur road. It is easier to identify from main road and easily accessible from the bus stand. Road side parking facility can be used. ATM are available nearby. Children can be carried to the temple. Lot of shops are available nearby. Wheel chair can not be used. The temple is opened from morning to late evening with a lunch break. They provide Puja for Sabarimala Yatra.

One of most famous temple in namakkal and it is the only one ayyappa temple in namakkal. Very clean temple, very good management and every saturday evening temple management conduct banajanai and give ayyappa prasadam .. such a nice temple feeling blessed 😇👌👌🙏🙏🙏🙏

While I was a child this temple was a divinely place and there were about less traffic noise but nowadays due to lot of trafficking of vehicles and extension of roads temples were used by less number of people , then only at the time of going to sabarimalai it will get 'more' attention .
